The State of Texas claims that “Fb unlawfully captured the biometric identifiers of Texans for a industrial goal with out their knowledgeable consent, disclosed these identifiers to others, and didn’t destroy collected identifiers inside an inexpensive time, all in violation of the Texas Seize or Use of Biometric Identifier Act, Tex.
